About Metro Immigration

Daniel Gillard LLB and Ritvan Reka LLB set up Metro Immigration Specialists in September 2015. We have assisted thousands of clients to achieve their dreams — whether that be reuniting them with their spouse, children and other family members, or recognising their lengthy residence in the United Kingdom.

Metro Immigration Specialists is regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner / Immigration Advice Authority at the highest level (Level 3), which means that we can advise our clients on the relevant laws applicable to their circumstances, as well as assisting them step by step through their often complex, challenging applications.

By being registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) at the highest level, we can also represent clients in Appeals before the First Tier Tribunal (IAC) and Upper Tier Tribunal (IAC) — with several years of experience preparing appeals and representing clients at Tribunal hearing centres across the United Kingdom.

Daniel and Ritvan both completed their Honours Degrees in Law in July 2012 and, prior to establishing the firm, worked in immigration law firms and Citizens Advice Bureau — gaining valuable experience whilst assisting clients with a vast range of immigration issues, with a combined seventeen years of experience between them within the field of UK immigration law.
